Well I know what you are thinking how does it all work well all you have to do is search our website and see what vintage goodies you would like for you store, ebay, market stalls etc etc. Then just give us a call with your order, Or email us with a wish list of the vintage garments you would like, we will then  check availability and email or call you back with the total amount of your order. Once your happy with that we then take payment via credit card or pay pal. Altough with pay pal this incurs a 2% charge on top to cover fees, we also accept BAC’s. Once all is done we then jump right to it and start grading and sorting your order, please allow 3-5 working days for delivery this is purley in event of back log orders, we do aim for next day delivery and 90% of orders will be recieved the next day unless you state otherwise. We answer all  questions asked in a very honest and descriptive manner, you may also visit us to take a look at the lot before you buy or simply come and pick individually yourself, most other’s sell items blind and off load you with all the vintage that is no good well not here we wholesale the best for you the customers. All visits are by appointment only.

International Shipping

Another question asked is do we ship around the world, well the answer is yes! We ship to any country in the world, all you have to do is ask us for a quote and we will get the best price around for you. If you have a courier that you use then we will be more than happy to work with you to get your order shipped at the best possible price. All orders that need to be shipped need a contact number for the courier. Nothing will be shipped without one!

How do we differ from the rest

I know what your thinking how do we differ from the rest of the wholesalers? Well As we all know sometimes its a risk to buy blind and some wholesalers will off load you with the crap vintage they cant sell. We are not in it for ourselves we are in it for you the customers. Unlike other wholesalers we dont take out the best vintage and sell them in our shops, concessions, or to the members of public in our warehouse to make a bigger profit we are a wholesaler and that is it, so you the customers get the best vintage for your customers!

Terms & Conditions

Our aim at The Vintage Wholesale Company is to combine a superb and varied range of genuine vintage clothing with an excellent customer service. Please be aware that unless stated otherwise, that our clothing is pre-worn, non-washed and may show signs of wear. Such as bobbling fabric/fading, cracked print and missing tags this is vintage clothing, and such wear would not constitute a reason for a refund. At The Vintage Wholesale Company we carry out a thorough inspection of every item, and will state any massive/major defects with the clothing. Items are graded to the highest possible standard with the non vintage and damaged items being filtered out and given to charity. Please be aware they may be the odd piece that may need slight repair such as a missing button or a slight mark but all will be sellable. Please be aware that due to the nature of bulk vintage clothing buying we do accept returns on the conditions that follow:

• You must contact us within 5 working days from you signing for your goods
• You must pay in the rare event of you returning your items
• The goods sent back must come back in the same condition they left the warehouse

We will answer all your questions in a very honest manner. And if your still unsure then just ask to come and visit, look at the lot before you buy or just simply book in and pick your items individually.
